Shipping & Delivery:

• FAST delivery in Greater Cairo

• Door Delivery: Delivery will be attempted between 10.00 AM to 4.00 PM Saturday to Thursday.

• Delivery duration: Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

 

Exchange and Refund:

• At Adora Lights, our goal is for you to be happy with your purchase. If the product has any manufacturing defects, please notify us within 3 days of purchase, and we will exchange or return it for you.

• Purchases are eligible for a refund only within 3 days after receiving your order. A full refund will be provided for cash on delivery (COD) purchases. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
